Responsibilities

• Set the strategy and operating model for the Data Center Solutions Engineering org.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a global, high-performing management and engineering team.
• Own technical engagement across the customer lifecycle from discovery to production adoption.
• Establish a design-partner model translating customer feedback into product roadmaps.
• Guide customers through data center and AI networking decisions and drive value realization.
