GroundWork Renewables is seeking an experienced Director of Advisory Services to lead technical due diligence and advisory work for utility-scale solar and BESS projects. You will coordinate with advisory, sales, marketing, and operations while driving high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

The role requires 8–12 years in energy, 5+ years leading technical teams, and a bachelor’s in engineering, with master’s or PE a plus. Travel (~10–25%) to client sites and events is expected.

Formación

• 8-12 years in the energy industry
• 5+ years leading technical teams (owner’s/independent engineering)
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field; master’s and/or PE a plus

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical due diligence from initiation to completion for energy assets
• Build and maintain client relationships as a strategic partner
• Guide multidisciplinary internal teams with clear direction and mentorship
• Develop defensible, finance-ready deliverables meeting schedules and budgets
• Provide market insight and guide strategic decision making
• Demonstrate deep understanding of solar and storage technologies and project lifecycles
