Jobot is seeking a Director of Consulting Services in the Energy industry for a fully remote role. The position offers $150,000–$170,000 per year, with travel ~25% to client sites and industry events. You will lead advisory teams, manage complex solar-related implementations, and shape service strategy at an executive level.

We value strong leadership, client-facing experience, and deep energy sector knowledge. A bachelor's degree is required; MBA or related energy studies is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years of experience collaborating with or leading technical teams in Renewables, Energy, Industrial Data or similar.
• Proven client-facing experience with strong relationship-building skills.
• Extensive experience conducting technical due diligence with sound methodologies.
• Strong leadership ability to lead and direct teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking and executive-level decision-making skills.
• Deep understanding of the energy industry and current trends.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or energy/environmental degree advantageous.
• Willingness to travel ~25% to client sites and industry events.
