Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 10+ years of applied experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage complex items within your domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology and process implementations to achieve functional technology objectives.
• Be the primary decision maker for your teams and drive innovation and solution delivery.
• Own the engineering strategy and execution for a Content and Experimentation platform.
• Define platform roadmaps, SLAs/SLOs, and measurable outcomes with Product, Design, Data/Analytics, and Marketing stakeholders.
• Establish platform governance for experimentation, guardrails, and testing strategies.
• Drive AWS-based cloud-native delivery with focus on secure-by-design and reusable platform capabilities.
