• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 10+ years of applied experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional technologist teams.
• Experience hiring, developing, and recognizing talent.
• Experience leading adoption of agentic AI-enabled engineering practices with validation and security.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use, governance, and security implications.
• Practical cloud-native experience.
• Expertise in CS, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
