The role requires deep software engineering expertise, cloud native experience, and strong leadership across product and tech teams, with a focus on responsible AI and secure scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years of applied experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage complex items within your domain.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of technologists.
• Experience with hiring, developing, and recognizing talent.
• Experience leading adoption of agentic AI-enabled engineering practices across teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads technology and process implementations to achieve functional technology objectives.
• Accountable for decisions influencing resources, budget, and execution of processes.
• Sets direction and governance for AI-enabled engineering and SDLC automation across a technical area.
• Applies knowledge of tools within the SDLC toolchain to improve automation and capacity unlocks.
• Governance accountability for coding decisions, cost of ownership, and portfolio operations.
• Delivers technical solutions leveraged across multiple businesses and domains.
• Influences peer leaders and senior stakeholders across business, product, and technology teams.
