Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT Management experience with direct leadership of software teams.
• Experience with modern technologies, architectures, and agile development methods.
• Cloud-first development and microservice strategies.
• Experience using AI tools to improve delivery accuracy and efficiency.
• Proficiency with .NET, SQL, Angular, Oracle, React, etc.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and similar tooling.
• Experience applying agile methodologies and automated testing frameworks.
• Track record of delivering quality software that meets business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development and deliver quality results.
• Provide leadership and direction for a software development team.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and leaders from Agile Delivery, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure.
• Build relationships with application owners to meet internal/external needs.
• Develop and maintain an accountable department delivering high-quality code.
• Stay current with modern software development technology including AI.
• Establish and deliver KPIs and metrics for performance.
• Communicate progress to diverse stakeholders.
