The director will lead a team of managers, collaborate with Product Owners, and stay current with AI-enabled development strategies to drive KPI-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years IT management experience with software development leadership.
• Experience with modern technologies, architectures, and Agile delivery.
