Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Director of Software Development to lead our software teams as they transform legacy applications into modern, scalable solutions. You will guide delivery, quality, and architecture while fostering a high-performance culture.

You will drive Agile practices, manage managers, and partner with Product Owners and IT leaders to ensure on-time, within-budget outcomes that meet internal and external customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
• 10+ years IT management experience leading software development teams.
• Experience with cloud-first development and microservices architectures.
• Experience using AI tools to improve delivery in development.
• Experience with .NET, SQL, Angular, Oracle, React, Jira, Azure DevOps.
• Experience managing agile methodologies in complex environments.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality software on time within budgets.
• Strong collaboration with product owners and cross-functional teams.

• Lead software development and deliver quality results for the organization.
• Provide overall leadership and direction for the software development team.
• Evolve legacy applications into modern, supportable systems.
