Job summary

Highwire is seeking a Director of Social to lead our social strategy for tech and healthcare clients from our integrated solutions team. You’ll craft campaigns, guide creative, and mentor a growing team, delivering measurable results across paid, owned, earned, and shared channels.

You’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams, stay ahead of trends, and drive growth of the social practice within the agency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of social media strategy experience in B2B tech or healthcare.
• Proven success creating and executing social campaigns that drive engagement.
• Strong understanding of organic and paid social across multiple platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with clients and teams.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement social media strategies that align with client goals.
• Creative Direction: Collaborate with account and creative teams to produce high-quality social content.
• Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients and provide strategic counsel.
• Trend Awareness & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and suggest new approaches.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality campaigns.
• Performance Measurement: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
• Mentorship: Support junior team members and provide guidance for growth.
