Mother Plumber is seeking a senior Director of Operations to design and lead a scalable service platform across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC operations. You will drive day-to-day performance, build systems, and oversee growth in Bloomington and Indianapolis markets.

The role demands hands-on leadership, strategic execution, and a proven ability to optimize margins, safety, and customer experience while guiding acquisitions and expansion.

Qualifikationen

• 7–15+ years of service operations leadership experience in home services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical).
• Proven experience scaling operations across multiple locations or launching new markets.
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of improving operational performance and profitability.
• Hands-on leader comfortable working in both strategic and tactical capacities.
• Experience building teams, systems, and processes in a growing organization.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and align teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead service operations across Mother Plumber, EleXcor, and HeatAir to ensure exceptional customer experiences and financial performance.
• Establish and maintain consistent service standards and processes across all three companies.
• Drive accountability through service managers, dispatchers, and field technicians.
• Develop and monitor key metrics: revenue, gross margin, ticket size, and customer satisfaction.
• Scale operations to support acquisitions and geographic expansion.
• Design and implement the operating platform for scalable service delivery across markets.
