Job summary

Anderson Air is seeking a Director of Operations to lead performance, profitability, and growth across Residential Service, Replacement & Installation, and New Construction. You will oversee multiple divisions and guide expansion into Electrical, Plumbing, and Commercial services.

This is a growth-stage leadership role requiring hands-on operational excellence, a proven P&L track record, and the ability to build leaders as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in home service or trade operations.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and track record of managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and manage KPI frameworks and make data-driven operational decisions.
• Proven success in developing managers and building high-performing, accountable field teams.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or comparable field service management software.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational execution across all divisions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction at every touchpoint, while driving continuous process improvement.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for each department; translate data into actionable decisions and hold teams accountable for results.
• Ensure all work in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and commercial meets applicable codes, manufacturer specs, and industry best practices.
• Uphold OSHA safety standards, environmental compliance, and company safety procedures across all divisions and job sites.
• Carry full P&L ownership across all divisions; manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth aligned with targets.
