CraneWorks/RentalWorks is seeking a Director of Service in Birmingham, AL, to lead service operations across CraneWorks and RentalWorks. You will guide Service Managers, standardize processes, and optimize fleet readiness, safety, and customer service.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in heavy equipment service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple locations while driving efficiency and reliability.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of progressive experience in equipment maintenance, heavy equipment service, fleet maintenance, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Diesel Technology, Heavy Equipment Technology, or related field preferred.
• Prior leadership experience managing service departments or multiple locations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and direction to Service Managers across CraneWorks and RentalWorks.
• Establish consistent service processes, standards, and performance metrics.
• Develop strategies to improve equipment availability, reliability, and fleet readiness.
• Oversee deployment of technicians, vehicles, tools, and other service resources.
• Coordinate with branches and departments to prioritize service needs.
• Monitor service expenses, budgets, and KPIs.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure OSHA/DOT compliance.
