Job summary

CraneWorks/RentalWorks is seeking a Director of Service to lead the Service Departments across CraneWorks and RentalWorks, ensuring top-tier service standards and optimal resource utilization. You will guide Service Managers, coordinate technicians, and align with Operations, Fleet, and Sales to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in equipment service leadership, deep maintenance knowledge, and strong budgeting and safety emphasis to drive reliability and growth.

Qualifications

Proven leadership of service departments and multi-location teams.
Strong knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and repair.
Experience with fleet maintenance, budgeting, and cost control.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to Service Managers across CraneWorks and RentalWorks.
Standardize service processes and metrics across locations.
Oversee resource deployment, fleet readiness, and equipment utilization.
Monitor expenses, budgeting, and vendor relationships.
Drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
