Job summary

Dobbs Truck Group is seeking a General Manager to lead the dealership's overall performance across Parts, Service, and Truck Sales. You will align operations with strategic priorities, drive revenue growth, and ensure financial targets are met through disciplined management and team development.

As primary business leader, you will set direction, monitor KPIs, and champion safety, customer satisfaction, and brand standards across locations in a multi-brand environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership in heavy-duty truck, automotive, or related industry.
• Experience managing P&L across multiple departments and locations.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to interpret complex data.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop leaders and teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to all departments (Parts, Service, Truck Sales) and drive profitability.
• Develop and execute growth strategies, budgets, and performance targets.
• Oversee daily operations, compliance, safety, and brand standards.
• Foster relationships with customers, vendors, and OEM partners.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing leaders and staff.
