Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Director of SEO/AEO & Content Marketing to lead the organic growth engine. You will drive national and local SEO, AEO initiatives, and content-driven lead generation with a strong emphasis on AI-assisted production and editorial quality.

The role includes team leadership and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and sales. You will own forecasting, reporting, and budget, and report to the CMO, shaping the future of EcoShield’s organic growth across

Qualifications

• 8+ years in National and Local SEO with a track record on high-traffic sites.
• Experience building AEO and LLM visibility programs and AI-driven search.
• Local SEO at scale: Google Business Profile, citations, reviews.
• Technical depth: crawling/indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, migrations.
• Content operations leadership: editorial calendars and production at volume.
• Channel P&L or budget ownership; experience building and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the organic growth strategy across national and local SEO, AEO, content marketing, and organic social.
• Grow organic performance for EcoShield pest site via technical SEO, site architecture, on-page optimization, and links.
• Build and manage the AEO program, tracking share of voice and impact on visibility.
• Scale local SEO: optimize Google Business Profiles, citations, reviews, and local landing pages.
• Lead content production standards, pipelines, and editor quality controls using AI-assisted workflows.
• Build and lead SEO/AEO and content teams; manage agency partners as needed.
