Zusammenfassung

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a senior SEO/organic growth leader to own nationwide and local SEO, AEO, content marketing, and organic social initiatives. You will build the program from the ground up and partner with the CMO to forecast lead volume, revenue, and CAC impact.

You will manage Google Business Profiles across service areas, drive technical optimization, content production, and an AI-assisted approach to visibility in ChatGPT and other AI answers.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of National and Local SEO with proven organic channel growth on high-traffic sites.
• Experience building AEO and LLM visibility programs and understanding AI impact on search behavior.
• Multi-location Google Business Profile management, local citations, and review programs.
• Deep technical SEO knowledge: crawling/indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, migrations, site architecture.
• Content operations leadership: editorial calendars, production pipelines, quality control at scale.
• Experience with channel P&L or budget ownership and leading teams.

• Own organic growth strategy across national/local SEO, AEO, content marketing, and organic social.
• Drive growth metrics: lead volume, sales, revenue, and CAC contribution; report on results beyond rankings.
• Develop and optimize EcoShield's presence across www.ecoshieldpest.com and local service areas.
• Build and manage the AEO program to increase AI-driven visibility (ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Overviews, Gemini).
• Lead hiring and development of SEO/AEO and content teams; manage agency partnerships when valuable.
