EcoShield Pest Solutions seeks a Director of SEO/AEO & Content Marketing to own the organic growth strategy across national and local markets. You will drive technical SEO, site architecture, on-page optimization, and internal linking, while building an AI-assisted content engine and a strong local presence via Google Business Profiles and local landing pages.

• 8+ years in National and Local SEO with proven organic channel growth.
• Results-driven with AEO and LLM visibility programs.
• Experience managing multi-location Google Business Profiles and local citations.
• Technical depth in crawling, Core Web Vitals, structured data and migrations.
• Led editorial calendars, production pipelines, and editorial standards.
• Channel P&L ownership and building/managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the organic growth strategy across national and local channels.
• Grow EcoShieldPest.com through technical SEO, content, and internal linking.
• Develop and manage the AEO program across AI-assisted visibility platforms.
• Scale local presence with GBPs, citations, reviews, and local landing pages.
• Lead content production with AI-assisted workflows and human editorial control.
• Drive forecasting and reporting of organic leads, sales, and CAC.
