Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Director of SEO/AEO & Content Marketing to own the organic growth engine nationwide and locally. You will shape SEO strategy, local profiles, content, and AI assisted visibility, reporting on lead volume, sales, revenue, and CAC contribution.

You will build and lead a capable team, collaborate with marketing and sales, manage an agency if needed, and ensure scalable local pages, catalog of guides, and video content.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in both national and local SEO with proven organic growth.
• Fluent in building AEO and LLM visibility programs with AI-driven insights.
• Experience managing multi-location Google Business Profile and local citations.
• Technical depth in crawling, core web vitals, structured data, and migrations.
• Leadership of editorial calendars, production pipelines, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Own organic growth strategy for national and local markets, including reporting on leads, sales, revenue, and CAC.
• Grow www.ecoshieldpest.com with technical SEO, site architecture, and content optimization.
• Lead local at scale with GBP management, citations, reviews, and local landing pages.
• Oversee content engine with AI-assisted production and human editorial control.
• Build and mentor SEO/AEO/content teams and manage agency partnerships as needed.
• Forecast organic lead and sales volumes and report to executive leadership.
