Benjamin Rose Center for Aging Well seeks an experienced administrator to oversee daily operations, manage programming, nutrition and transportation services, and supervise staff and volunteers. The role emphasizes outreach, grant support, and community collaboration to expand impact.

You will work with leadership to ensure program integrity, client eligibility, and data accuracy while building partnerships across agencies and stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Current Ohio social work license preferred.
• Experience with community outreach required.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, oral and electronic) including public speaking.
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse publics and staff at all levels.
• Proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft Office, database management and financial software.
• Experience building community partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Rose Center for Aging Well, including programming, services, nutrition and transportation.
• Supervise and evaluate Rose Center staff; hire and train volunteers as needed.
• Develop outreach strategies to increase center utilization and participation.
• Manage center expenditures according to budget and assist with grant proposals.
• Represent the Center in the community and develop partnerships with local entities.
• Ensure client eligibility assessments and maintain required documentation.
