• Use data, seller feedback, and frontline insights to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead complex projects and operational changes from planning through implementation and results.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Business, and Risk to address seller friction and improve support experiences.
• Continuously improve processes, policies, tools, and procedures to scale operations.
• Develop high-performing teams through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
