Job summary

PENN Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Director of Security in Missouri. The role leads the Security Department to ensure safety for team members, guests, and assets, while enforcing gaming regulations and company policies.

The position reports to executive leadership and collaborates with Surveillance and other departments. The Director is responsible for budgeting, incident investigations, and ensuring compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of security management experience with demonstrated leadership capability.
• Knowledge of State Gaming Regulations.
• Valid state-issued Driver’s License.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Key Gaming License.
• Strong problem-solving, mediation, coaching, and consulting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing guidance of the Security Department and operations daily.
• Supervise and direct all security management functions within the department.
• Schedule all management staff to meet operational needs, including events and holidays.
• Coach and develop team members to drive performance and growth.
• Complete timely performance evaluations with developmental guidance.
• Oversee emergency preparedness and response procedures.
