You’ll work with the SMT and SDSO to ensure smooth operations, enabling leaders and teachers to focus on teaching and learning within an equity-minded culture. Salary starts at $117,000 and increases with experience.

• 2–5 years of operational leadership experience in education or nonprofit.
• Proven budget management and enrollment operations experience.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
