As a director, you will shape policies, forecast workforce needs, and collaborate with HR to integrate leave and overtime practices while maintaining exceptional client and employee service.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree desired, but not required.
• Minimum 5-10 years of HR experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Capability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
• Exercises time management skills to manage multiple high priority projects.
• Ability to gain the trust and confidence of the executive and management team.

Aufgaben

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the Scheduling Manager, Scheduling Supervisor, and Float Staff.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight for scheduling operations aligning with long-term goals.
• Design, implement, and refine scheduling systems, workflows, and policies.
• Drive workforce utilization and cost-control measures.
• Partner with HR on leave management, overtime policy, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain high-quality communication with clients, employees, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with EEO, ADA, FMLA, OSHA, HIPAA, and related standards.
