Job summary

Kittitas Interactive in Yakima, WA seeks a Program Manager to oversee client planning and ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations. This role advocates for clients and coordinates with service teams and guardians.

You will lead development of individualized programs, participate in treatment team meetings, supervise monthly charting, and maintain confidentiality while coordinating with DDA, therapists, and management.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Background check cleared by DSHS before working with clients.
• Valid driver’s license or Washington State ID.
• Minimum of one year as a Training and Program Supervisor.
• Bachelor Degree desired, but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
• Time management skills to handle multiple high-priority projects.
• Ability to gain the trust and confidence of the executive and management team.

Responsibilities

• Implement and evaluate individualized programs for clients, including: Treatment team plan, Functional assessments and Safety Plan, PBSPs, and IISP oversight.
• Assist with client’s ID processes including Food Assistance, Social Security Cards, State ID, and Birth Certificate.
• Manage development and implementation of Individual Program Plans (inventory updates, POC data changes, IFP data changes).
• Participate in treatment team meetings and coordinate among KIM, clients, guardians, DDA, therapists, and others.
• Supervise monthly charting and calendar revisions by Training and Program Supervisors.
• Manage data collection of client information related to client planning.
• Manage client planning paperwork involving guardians/legal representatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure privacy and security of client information.
• Acknowledge the needs, rights, and dignity of clients.
• Oversee compliance of treatment team and therapist documentation.
• Assist case resource manager with CSCP development.
• Report injuries, behavioral issues, abuse, and safety hazards promptly.
• Oversee incident and healthcare related reports.
• Participate in household configuration and intake/transition of clients.
