Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of progressive people leadership experience.

• Hands-on experience using BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Domo, etc.).
• Experience evaluating and implementing technology/AI to improve processes.
• Healthcare operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight of intake and scheduling operations.
• Lead organization-wide initiatives focused on systems optimization, process improvement, and technology.
• Own operational reporting framework and KPIs related to intake, scheduling, capacity, and client experience.
• Lead organizational change and ensure adoption across departments.
• Develop teams, manage projects, and translate strategic priorities into measurable results.
• Oversee HIPAA compliance and data governance within operations.
