Spring Health, a global mental health company, is seeking a senior leader to head Sales planning and revenue-operations AI orchestration. You will guide annual and long-range sales planning, oversee analysts, and drive forecast cadence and strategic projects.

In this role, you will develop analysts into AI-enabled strategic builders and lead the operating cadence, while benefiting from parental leave, wellness, and development support.
