Qualifications

• 8+ years in Transportation, Truck Leasing, or Rental Sales with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to build and scale sales processes and CRM platforms.
• Strong Salesforce expertise; familiarity with Concur and Enrich preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and valid US driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute sales strategies, territory design, and quota planning.
• Lead annual sales planning, forecasting, and performance budgeting.
• Collaborate with executives to align goals with company objectives.
• Design and manage incentive programs and compensation structures.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for Rental, Lease, and Sales.
• Oversee Salesforce and other sales tools, ensure data accuracy.
• Lead onboarding and training, liaise with Marketing, Finance, Procurement.
• Drive data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
