Job summary

Hogan Transportation, a century‑old full‑service carrier, is seeking a senior dispatch professional to oversee daily dispatching, load planning, and route optimization across North America.

You will be the main customer contact, ensure DOT compliance, monitor KPIs, and coach drivers for retention, accuracy, and safety.

This on‑site leadership role requires experience with Omnitracs, TMW, Geotab, and AS400, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the transportation industry.
• 5+ years developing talent for managers.
• 5+ years managing to a P&L.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily dispatching, load planning, and route optimization.
• Serve as main customer contact and ensure DOT and safety compliance.
• Coach and develop drivers and supervisors for retention.
• Monitor KPI reporting and payroll processes.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance for equipment.
• Maintain accurate driver logs and compliance with hours of service.
