Pyramid Global Hospitality is an industry-leading and fast-growing hotel management company. We are currently seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing for the Embassy Suites by Hilton Malborough to grow along with our company—and be a part of a culture that puts its people first!

We’re looking for a driven and strategic leader who understands that success comes from vision, action, and results. This is a highly visible, high-impact position for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities

The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating strategies, including group, business travel, catering, and event space rental. This role is critical in shaping the hotel’s market position and achieving forecasted revenue goals while delivering an elevated guest experience in line with the Hilton Brand Promise. This individual will partner closely with the General Manager, corporate leadership, and ownership to ensure long-term brand strength and profitability.

  • Deliver on the Hilton Brand Promise and represent the Embassy Suites brand with authenticity and consistency.
  • Lead all commercial efforts across group, business transient, and catering segments.
  • Develop and execute a strategic Sales & Marketing Plan, including direct sales, e-commerce, PR, and revenue strategies.
  • Drive performance through market analysis, pricing strategies, and sales team leadership.
  • Collaborate with Hilton’s Revenue Management and eCommerce teams to optimize channel mix and digital marketing performance.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, travel managers, third-party intermediaries, and local organizations.
  • Oversee preparation and execution of the annual budget, sales forecasts, and marketing campaigns.
  • Personally engage in key sales efforts, site visits, and client presentations to grow revenue.
  • Maintain awareness of competitive positioning, market trends, and local demand generators.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and community partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and catering team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Director of Sales at a full-service hotel.
  • Embassy Suites or Hilton brand experience strongly preferred.
  • Expertise with Hilton systems such as Delphi.fdc, OnQ R&I, and GRO preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead sales teams and exceed revenue goals.
  • Strong background in group, business transient, and catering sales with a focus on corporate, association, and SMERF segments.
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and sales strategy planning.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media, and eCommerce best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong network and experience in the Boston or New England market highly preferred.
  • Up to 10% travel required.

Compensation Range

The compensation for this position is $115,000.00/Yr. - $125,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
