What We're Looking For:

We seek an experienced, passionate leader eager to contribute to our success. As a National Sales Director, you'll expand our market presence and drive sales growth. Your responsibilities include:

  • Distributor Management: Collaborate daily with 3 Tier distribution partners, participate in planning meetings, and drive sales through our distributor network by setting up pricing, programming, sales force management, business planning, account management, sales activities, and budgeting.
  • Prospecting: Target key buyers with the distributor sales team, conduct ongoing communication, meetings, and events/samplings at key accounts.
  • Sales: Increase sales volume and distribution by identifying new opportunities, actively selling, and motivating distributor sales teams to prioritize our brand across channels.
  • Develop, Land, and Manage Regional Accounts: Identify, secure, and manage independent retailer accounts to maximize sales and visibility. Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to expand our market presence.
  • Achieve Monthly Sales Goals: Set and meet monthly sales targets, optimizing accounts for performance.
  • Hustle: We value hardworking individuals ready to bring their own energy!
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience in the beverage industry (spirits & wine preferred)
  • 4-year college degree
  • Strong business planning, sales, and account management skills
  • Experience in team management and budgeting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
  • Knowledge of the beverage industry and CPG sales experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Willingness to travel for tradeshows and client meetings
  • Reliable car and valid driver’s license
  • Provide references and retail experience
