Position Summary

The Senior Genomics Sales Director oversees the health and performance of the assigned region, developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a thorough understanding of Fulgent's services and market landscape. The role requires entrepreneurial ownership of the territory, including profit and loss responsibility, and serving as a field advisor to the Regional VP.

  • Maintain regular contact with customers and prospects to facilitate sales and product updates.
  • Own the sales territory with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Use strategic and consultative selling techniques.
  • Achieve revenue targets through strategic planning.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of successful clinical genomics sales experience, preferably with a BS or MS in life sciences. Proven sales achievements, experience with children's hospitals and academic institutions, and proficiency in Salesforce CRM are required. Ability to travel up to 50% is necessary.

Additional Details
