We are seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic Director of Sales to join our team! Qualifications:
  • Highly motivated, determined, well-spoken
  • Ability to receive written and verbal directions
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, with 2-4 years’ experience in hospitality or hotel sales
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize hotel profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Conduct sales calls to key accounts or major prospects
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and hotel budget
  • Manage lead sources to ensure quality and quantity of leads
  • Seek new customers through strategic outbound sales efforts for groups, extended stay groups, and transient room revenue
  • Manage Local Negotiated Rates (LNR), Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, and other booking channels such as CVENT and OTAs
