The General Manager oversees the property's overall performance, implements Hilton strategies, and ensures the business focuses on profitability.

This role leads senior executives including the Director of Operations, Director of Finance, Director of Human Resources, and the Commercial Director. The GM also maintains the hotel's public image and fosters team spirit.

What will I be doing?
  • Live Hilton's values and brand culture daily.
  • Lead the hotel to achieve key performance indicators, including profitability, revenue, and satisfaction targets.
  • Prepare and implement budgets, forecasts, and work plans.
  • Manage property issues such as capital projects, customer service, and refurbishment.
  • Make decisions in the best interest of the hotel and Hilton.
  • Deliver hotel budgets and set strategic goals.
  • Ensure compliance with Hilton standards and regulatory requirements, including safety and hygiene.
  • Lead business planning efforts.
  • Develop the Hotel Executive team for career growth and succession planning.
  • Conduct regular team briefings and respond to audits for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain communication with the owner to ensure satisfaction with hotel operations.
  • Perform all Hilton-related tasks and responsibilities.
