  • Ensure a successor is trained and prepared.
  • Provide IT support to other Hilton hotels when required and cross-train hotel IT personnel for coverage.
  • Maintain standards and evaluate compliance within the hotel.
  • Manage local vendors and representatives of global vendors.
  • Secure hotel data in line with standards and best practices, including access control.
  • Conduct self-evaluations of IT practices and communicate results.

  • Adhere to security and emergency policies, and team member rules and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Purchasing

  • Follow hotel purchasing policies and procedures.
  • Obtain competitive quotes and conduct negotiations.
  • Place orders ensuring timely delivery and track outstanding orders.
  • Check pricing and maintain market surveys and competitor knowledge.
  • Safeguard petty cash and ensure proper documentation is forwarded to Accounts Payable.

  • Follow the code of conduct and carry out other duties as assigned.
