Job summary

Fairmont Dallas, part of Accor’s luxury portfolio, seeks a Director of Sales to lead day-to-day sales across Group, Business Travel and Catering Sales. It’s a hands-on leadership role with accountability for team performance and for driving profitable revenue growth, accurate forecasting, and strong client relationships during renovation and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive hotel sales experience with leadership in a large property.
• Experience leading Group, Business Travel and Catering Sales strategies.
• Strong knowledge of contract terms, negotiations and market development.
• Proficiency with sales tools and CRM systems, especially Opera OSEM.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day sales for Group, BT and Catering Sales with clear production goals.
• Manage strategic accounts with targets for room nights and revenue.
• Drive prospective engagements, site visits, negotiations and conversions.
• Oversee sales forecasting, performance reviews and budget adherence.
• Ensure proper handoffs to Conference Services and Operations with full documentation.
