Cornerstone Detention Products is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead all sales, business development, marketing, estimating strategy, and CRM efforts within our detention and specialty construction service division. You will drive revenue growth and market share, mentor sales teams, and partner with operations and leadership to align resources with strategic goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience, including managing sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute division-wide sales and business development strategies.
• Establish and achieve annual revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop sales management and sales teams.
• Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting processes.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, government agencies, contractors, and industry partners.
• Direct major proposal efforts, estimating activities, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with operations, project management, and executive leadership to align resources with business goals.
• Oversee marketing initiatives, trade shows, branding efforts, and customer retention strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Manage department budgets, staffing, and performance standards.
