Job Summary
We are seeking a Director, Sales Enablement to lead our strategy, development, and execution of enablement programs that enhance sales performance and productivity. This role involves creating scalable programs, optimizing sales processes, and aligning initiatives across departments to drive revenue and improve win rates. The Director will collaborate closely with leadership and across the organization to tailor efforts based on deal economics and effort levels.

Focus Areas
- Strategic Initiative Leadership: Lead initiatives that support sales growth, efficiency, and customer experience. Define objectives, develop recommendations, and secure resources.
- Sales Channel Growth & Development: Grow partner channels, optimize strategies, and build enablement and onboarding programs.
- Change Management & Scalability: Drive sales transformation with scalable processes supporting organizational growth.
- Cross Functional Alignment: Act as a strategic bridge between teams to ensure aligned strategies and messaging.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable sales enablement programs.
- Ensure adoption of sales methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with revenue operations for data flow and forecasting.
- Promote a growth mindset and continuous learning within the sales team.
- Mentor and develop team members.
- Gather feedback to improve enablement programs.
Leadership Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- At least ten years of industry experience and leadership in sales operations.
- Knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and regulations, especially group voluntary insurance benefits.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
