Who we are:
Halcyon was formed in 2021 by a team of cyber industry veterans after battling the scourge of ransomware (and advanced threats) for years at some of the largest global security vendors. Comprised of leaders from Cylance (now Blackberry), Accuvant (now Optiv), Fireye and ISS X-Force (now IBM), Halcyon is focused on building products and solutions for mid-market and enterprise customers.

As a remote-native, completely distributed global team, we recognize great talent can exist anywhere. We invite you to apply to a job you’re interested in and we'll work a plan to meet your needs.

The Role

Halcyon is growing and we need a Manager, Sales Enablement to contribute to the learning culture while empowering our growing Sales team through impactful, hands-on enablement programs that drive performance, skill development, and productivity. This is a highly collaborative and execution-focused role, ideal for someone energized by supporting the success of the Revenue organization and passionate about coaching, training, and helping reps thrive.

You'll work closely with the Director of Sales Enablement and cross-functional partners to build, implement, and scale programs that reinforce core selling skills and enable reps to win more consistently and efficiently.

You’re an ideal candidate if you:

  • Thrive in sales environments
  • Are energized by the success of others through coaching & training, beacuse you’ve done it before
  • Have a coaching playbook, ready to implement at your next role (here!)
  • Create engaging, relevant and gamified programs that captivate your reps
  • Can learn a new subject matter and quickly synthesize that new knowledge into Sales-facing learning material

Responsibilities

  • Develop Core Enablement Programs: Build and maintain Commercial-focused training programs to improve selling skills, sales stage adherence, and deal velocity; manage content within CMS/LMS platforms.
  • Facilitate Trainings & Workshops: Lead weekly training sessions aligned to GTM programs or emerging team needs; foster an interactive, results-oriented learning environment.
  • Analyze Sales Productivity: Use Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft and other available data to identify performancetrends; provide actionable insights, coaching recommendations, and enablement strategies in partnership with sales leadership.
  • Drive Sales Tool Adoption: Promote best practices and effective usage across Salesloft, Gong, Salesforce, and other enablement tools; monitor adoption and proactively support consistent usage across teams.
  • Measure Program Effectiveness:
  • Track enablement KPIs such as ramp time, content usage, certification completion, and win rates. Partner with RevOps to analyze performance trends and identify enablement opportunities based on data.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in Sales Enablement or a quota-carrying Sales role in a B2B SaaS environment - cybersecurity is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler, Command of the Message).
  • Exceptional program management, training facilitation, and reinforcement skills.
  • Proficient with sales enablement tools and CRM systems like Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, and LMS platforms.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Enthusiasm for building, creating, and working autonomously to drive overall revenue productivity

Halcyon offers the following benefits to eligible employees:

  • Comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents.
  • 401k plan with a generous employer contribution.
  • Short and long-term disability coverage, basic life and AD&D insurance plans.
  • Medical and dependent care FSA options.
  • Flexible PTO policy.
  • Parental leave.
  • Generous equity offering.

The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.

Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $155,000

In accordance with applicable state and federal laws, the range provided is Halcyon’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity in the Company.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp .
