Job Summary

PetPartners seeks a Director, Sales Enablement to lead our strategy, development, and execution of enablement programs that enhance sales productivity and performance. This role involves creating scalable programs, optimizing sales processes, and aligning go-to-market initiatives across departments. The goal is to accelerate revenue, improve win rates, and ensure sales teams have the necessary knowledge, tools, and support to exceed targets. Collaboration across the IPG organization is essential to tailor efforts based on deal economics and effort level.

Focus Areas
  • Strategic Initiative Leadership: Lead initiatives supporting sales growth, efficiency, and customer experience. Define objectives, develop recommendations, and secure resources. Act as a sales advocate ensuring initiatives are sales-first and aligned with long-term success.
  • Sales Channel Growth & Development: Drive partner channel growth by identifying opportunities, optimizing strategies, and building enablement and onboarding programs. Collaborate to enhance partner performance and revenue.
  • Change Management & Scalability: Lead sales transformation initiatives and develop scalable processes supporting organizational growth.
  • Cross Functional Alignment: Serve as a strategic bridge between teams to unify efforts and ensure consistent messaging and strategies across channels.
Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable sales enablement programs adaptable to industry changes.
  • Promote consistent adoption of sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Coordinate with revenue operations for data flow, forecasting, and strategic alignment.
  • Encourage a growth mindset through continuous learning and feedback.
  • Mentor and support team development.
  • Gather feedback from sales to improve enablement programs continually.
Leadership Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications
