About the Company: Specbee is a digital solutions company specializing in enterprise-grade web development with a strong focus on Drupal, UI/UX, and content management. With clients like Georgia Tech, The Michael J. Fox Foundation, and Dr. Reddy's, we’ve built a reputation for delivering robust, user-centric digital experiences. Recently, we’ve expanded our capabilities with a new Data Analytics and AI practice, Trumetric.ai —helping organizations harness data, gain actionable insights, and drive smarter, faster decisions. We are looking to add a senior member to our team to drive sales for the new practice.

About the Role: As the Director of Sales - AI, Data, and Analytics Sales, you will strategically lead and grow our sales efforts in the rapidly changing marketplace of artificial intelligence, data, and analytics. You will be expected to engage with Fortune 500 companies and other large businesses, developing targeted approaches that utilize our technologies and domain expertise. In this role, you will build lasting client relationships, drive revenue growth while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and also foster a high-performing sales team.

Work Location: Anywhere in the US

What We’re Looking For:

Professional Experience

· A minimum of 6 years within the AI, data and analytics domain in a leadership role

· Proven track record of selling complex - AI, Data and Analytics services/solutions and managing large sales cycles in enterprise environments.

· Deep understanding of AI technologies, data platforms, analytical tools and services; knowledge of where and how to apply the mentioned solutions.

Sales Acumen and Leadership Skills

· Demonstrated ability to formulate, articulate and execute sales strategies that drive growth.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage with and influence CXO level stakeholders

· Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

· Resilient, adaptable, and results-driven with a customer-first approach.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Identify, develop and secure new business prospects, partnerships, and strategic alliances.

· Craft and implement robust sales strategies aligning with the organization’s goals and objectives on AI, Data and Analytics.

· Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

· Stay abreast of market trends and the competitive landscape

Client Engagement and Relationship building

· Act as a trusted advisor to the key stakeholders within the client organization, and ensure they view us as their go-to team for problem solving.

· Understand the client business needs in-depth and align the same with our suite of services/solutions.

· Deliver proposals, presentations and demos when needed, to clearly communicate our prowess

· Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships

· Work closely with the delivery team and the leadership to ensure seamless transition and great experience for the clients.

· Participate in industry conferences and events, representing the organization

Performance Monitoring

· Create and track KPIs to measure sales effectiveness and take informed decisions

· Keep the leadership in the loop on target, sales and outlook tracking
