About the Role

As Sales Director – US, you’ll lead a high-performing, remote-based team of 5 Account Executives and 3 Pre-Sales Consultants, each carrying $500K–$1M in quota.

You’ll be responsible for executing our GTM strategy while driving revenue across three core offerings:

  • AI Solutions for Agents (including Dayos AI and Hero platform)
  • Implementation Projects (AI deployments and traditional ERP/HCM enablement)
  • Managed Services (On-Demand and Retainer-based support across enterprise back office)

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and the practice team to develop repeatable sales motions, close complex deals, and ensure long-term customer success.

What You’ll Lead

  • Build, manage, and coach a remote team of 5 AEs and 3 Pre-Sales Consultants
  • Drive team attainment of $3M–$5M+ in annual quota
  • Lead weekly pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and deal strategy sessions
  • Hire and ramp top-tier talent in collaboration with recruiting

Go-To-Market Execution

  • Lead execution of Dayos’ GTM strategy by activating strategic accounts through targeted campaigns, high-impact demos, webinars, and in-person field events.Collaborate with marketing on demo video content, nurture campaigns, and customer success stories
  • Run regionally focused sales plays targeting verticals such as Financial Services, Healthcare, and Retail

Customer & Partner Growth

  • Build trusted relationships with Finance, HR, Procurement, and IT buyers
  • Scope complex enterprise deals and establish clear budget alignment
  • Expand partner network across SaaS platforms and best-in-class managed service providers
  • Work closely with the Practice team to ensure post-sale success and long-term growth for every account

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with at least 3 years managing quota-carrying teams
  • Deep understanding of ERP, HCM, AI platforms, or IT service tools
  • Proven ability to lead teams in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong operational command of pipeline generation, quota forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Apollo, and sales enablement tooling
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams
  • Strong executive presence and storytelling ability—comfortable in the boardroom and on stage
  • Commission: 100% of base ($185,000)
  • Total OTE: $370,000 at 100% attainment
  • Quota Multiplier: 1.5x accelerators for over-attainment (110%+)
  • Top performers can earn up to $475,000+ annually with accelerators and incentives.
  • Equity Grant: 1–3%, depending on experience and tenure
  • President’s Club Eligibility: Includes incentive trip, executive recognition, and founder-led strategy access
