- As we scale our presence on the East Coast, we are looking for an experienced and high-performing Senior Vice President of Sales to drive strategic growth, expand enterprise relationships, and lead our Salesforce practice to new heights.
Position Overview:
The SVP - Sales (Salesforce) will be responsible for leading all aspects of new business development and revenue generation across the Eastern region of the United States. This role is ideal for a dynamic sales executive with deep Salesforce ecosystem knowledge, exceptional enterprise sales acumen, and a proven track record in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and execute a go-to-market sales strategy to drive Salesforce services revenue growth across the East Coast.
- Build and scale a high-performing regional sales organization focused on hunting new logos and expanding existing accounts.
- Set and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets in alignment with company goals.
Business Development:
- Identify, target, and close large-scale Salesforce transformation deals across key verticals such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, and Manufacturing.
- Foster CXO-level relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and represent the company in executive briefings and strategic client discussions.
- Partner with Salesforce AEs, RVPs, and alliance teams to create and drive joint pipeline.
Team Building & Management:
- Hire, mentor, and lead a team of Account Executives and Sales Directors across the East Coast region.
- Promote a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous learning within the sales organization.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Marketing, Delivery, Pre-Sales, and Solution Architects to craft compelling proposals and value propositions.
- Provide strategic feedback to delivery and product teams to enhance solution offerings and go-to-market capabilities.
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- 15+ years of enterprise sales experience, with 8+ years in Salesforce ecosystem (consulting or ISV/SI partner sales).
- Proven success in selling Salesforce services (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, FSL, Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud).
- Demonstrated ability to close $1M+ deals and consistently exceed quotas.
- Strong network within Salesforce's sales organization on the East Coast.
Preferred:
- Experience selling into large enterprise clients in regulated industries (e.g., SLED, Higher Education, Retail).
- Prior leadership experience managing regional or national sales teams.
- Understanding of Salesforce partner ecosystem, co-selling motions, and alliance management.
- Excellent executive presence, negotiation, and communication skills.
