Job Title: Director of Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales consulting services and drive revenue growth in partnership with NetSuite Account Executives (AEs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling new implementation work, optimizing existing customer solutions, and managing high-value opportunities. This role involves collaboration with Solution Architects, project planning, and engagement with NetSuite professionals across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales consulting efforts with prospective NetSuite customers for new implementation projects.
  • Drive revenue by selling optimization and future phase work to existing customers.
  • Source and manage opportunities, working closely with Solution Architects for scoping, onsite discovery, and project planning.
  • Collaborate with NetSuite Account Executives and Account Managers across all verticals, from lower mid-market to enterprise.
  • Oversee service implementation projects, ranging from SuiteSuccess Financials First to large-scale multi-million-dollar NetSuite projects.
  • Specialize in NetSuite offerings, including ERP, WMS, SuiteCommerce, SuiteCommerce In-Store POS, PBCS (Planning & Budgeting), SuitePeople, Advanced Manufacturing, SuiteScript customization, and integrations with applications such as Boomi and Celigo.
  • Travel as needed, with occasional flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends, to meet project deadlines or address unforeseen circumstances.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of business experience within NetSuite ERP
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales expectations and driving business growth.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and project management expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and NetSuite CRM.
  • Ability to analyze and harness financial data to inform strategic decisions.
