Voted “2023 Best Places to Work” by the Boston Business Journal, we seek a Director of National Accounts to lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and develop strategic client relationships. The role is based in Boston and involves managing a dynamic sales team focused on key accounts and revenue generation.

This position is vital for maximizing hotel revenues through direct sales, targeted marketing, and account management, with success measured by increased bookings, revenue share, and customer value.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of senior hotel sales leadership experience
  • Proactive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience in business and account planning, budget management, and revenue strategies
  • Proven ability to achieve measurable results
  • Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; willingness to travel 25%
