Mission:

The Sales Director will focus primarily on new sales revenue and lead generation within a designated geographic region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, have excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in solution-based sales. This is a highly visible position for a detail-oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include meeting with customers to discuss their needs and use cases of CenTrak products and solutions, conducting joint sales meetings, and managing both direct sales and partner network sales with hospital organizations and healthcare sites.

Responsibilities:
Key Results Area:
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through direct and partner sales.
  • Manage and be the main point of contact for existing partners.
  • Maximize sales and partnership potential through best practices, training, and support.
  • Identify business opportunities by researching prospects and evaluating their position in healthcare.
  • Follow-up on leads, network, and prospect within the assigned geography.
  • Present CenTrak effectively to key influencers and decision-makers.
  • Execute a Territory Sales Plan developed with your manager.
  • Build and maintain relationships within healthcare organizations.

Support pricing strategies and lead contract negotiations with partners and customers.

  • Maintain organizational skills for territory management, using CRM tools, and reporting progress.
  • Stay informed about current and new products, industry trends, and competitors.
  • This position is home-office based with 50%-70% travel to customer and partner sites.

Qualifications:

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of sales experience in healthcare hardware and software solutions, preferably nurse-call or hospital IT systems.

Core Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven success in enterprise/solution sales with quotas exceeding $1M.

Additional Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and partners.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Customer-focused with a drive to exceed expectations.
