Gatik is seeking a Head of Training to build and mature the technical training infrastructure across all sites. You will ensure testing, field deployment, and engineering support teams operate at the highest safety, technical competence, and efficiency standards.

This role is onsite five days a week at the Santa Clara, CA office and requires you to develop curricula, translate SOPs into training materials, manage end-to-end programs, and monitor outcomes with rigorous traceability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical training or safety programs in AV or safety-critical tech.
• Familiarity with autonomous commercial trucking operations and related safety protocols.
• Ability to scale training across multiple sites and remote trainers.
• Experience using LMS and capability tracking with data integrity.

Responsabilités

• Build, refine, and standardize training curricula for testing, deployment, and engineering support personnel.
• Translate complex engineering material and SOPs into clear training content and execute programs end-to-end.
• Ensure organization is trained on all critical procedures, embedding SOPs into daily workflows for safety and efficiency.
• Implement rigorous record-keeping to monitor and audit training metrics and ensure traceability.
• Audit field trainers and ensure standardized delivery of training and testing methodologies.
• Establish real-time competency matrices and deliver ongoing learning modules for skill elevation.
