• Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably as a Director of Rooms or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans
• Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Approaches all encounters with guests and employees in a service-oriented manner
• Maintains regular attendance in compliance with Avion Hospitality standards
• Maintains a high standard of personal appearance and grooming per brand standards
• Controls and analyzes departmental costs to ensure performance is within budget
• Performs personnel and training functions including hiring, coaching, and evaluations
• Oversees Front Office operations to maximize room revenue and occupancy
• Coordinates all aspects of Front Office systems and reporting
• Attends management meetings and provides training as scheduled
• Develops management capabilities in staff as assigned by Corporate Office
