Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in healthcare quality or risk management
• Experience with regulatory standards (Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA)
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital-wide performance improvement and quality initiatives.
• Analyze incident reports, surveys, grievances, and adverse events.
• Prepare quality, safety, and risk reports for leadership and board.
• Coordinate readiness for Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA, and state surveys.
• Oversee patient advocacy and protect patient rights.
• Maintain compliance records, metrics, audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
