Job summary
BBSI is seeking a Director of Risk Management & AI/Technology Innovation to shape the future of risk and technology across the organization. This role combines strategic leadership, advanced analytics and AI to evolve our risk and safety program, drive data-driven decision making, and partner with senior leaders across Insurance, Claims, Operations and Underwriting.
Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in risk/insurance roles, 5+ years of leadership, and proven experience with national carriers or
Qualifications
- 10+ years Risk, Insurance, Loss Control or Underwriting experience.
- 5+ years leadership experience.
- AI, analytics, automation or technology experience highly valued.
- National carrier or large multi-state experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of BBSI’s Risk & Safety strategy.
- Drive AI, technology and predictive analytics initiatives.
- Identify emerging risks and develop proactive solutions.
- Build data-driven dashboards and decision-making tools.
- Partner with senior leadership across Insurance, Claims, Operations and Underwriting.
- Transform how Risk & Safety teams use technology.
- Shape company-wide best practices and innovation.
